99% no touch freight
$25-26 an hour with over time available at time and a half after 40 working hours. Pay rates based on driving history, driving experience, availability, and background checks.
Paid vacation after 1 year for company drivers
Requirements
- Operate Dry van tractor-trailers
- Load and unload freight efficiently and safely at designated locations
- Maintain compliance with all federal and state transportation regulations
- Plan routes to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency
- Document delivery details accurately and submit necessary paperwork promptly
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including pre-trip and post trips of equipment, proper securing of cargo and safe driving practices
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean 3-year driving record
- At least 24 Years of age
- Experience with manual and automatic transmission trucks preferred
- Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery
- Familiarity with various trailer
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Driver must have no at fault accidents in the last 3 years and be able to travel outside the state of Indiana. (Local drivers will return the same day)
