Operations & Warehouse Associate (Bilingual Preferred)

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-friendly Operations & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, warehouse support, administrative tasks, and operational assistance within the fire protection industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the front counter
- Process payments and create invoices/receipts
- Handle basic computer, email, and data entry tasks
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support warehouse organization and daily operations
- Assist with fire extinguisher cylinder testing procedures
- Complete company-provided online training courses
- Occasionally perform equipment pickups and local deliveries
- Support management with daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Must read and write English clearly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving for occasional local pickups and deliveries
- Comfortable using computers and email
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to learn technical procedures and safety standards
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
- Clear Driver's License
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
