Manufacturing/Warehouse Operator – Immediate Hire
A Manufacturing/Warehouse Operator supports daily production and warehouse activities by operating equipment, handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly and supporting the movement of goods throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation — Run production machines safely and efficiently to support manufacturing needs.
- Material Handling — Move, load, and unload materials using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Receiving & Shipping — Assist with receiving materials, staging products, and preparing shipments.
- Safety Compliance — Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and equipment guidelines.
- Workplace Organization — Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free workspace.
- Production Support — Provide general support to manufacturing staff as needed.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in production leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to operate basic production or warehouse equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Proven ability to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
