Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic pallet manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and semi-trailer repairs will be vital in minimizing downtime and supporting continuous operations. Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems, including electrical diagnostics, blueprint reading, and electrical troubleshooting of low and high voltage systems.
- Repair and maintain mechanical components such as pumps, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes utilizing industrial mechanic experience and welding skills where necessary.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future maintenance tasks.
- Conduct troubleshooting of pneumatic systems, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation components to restore equipment functionality quickly.
- Perform electrical maintenance including wiring, circuit analysis with ammeters and ohmmeters, and working with schematics for complex electrical systems.
- Operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access elevated machinery or components requiring repair or inspection.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting complex issues and assist in the installation of new equipment aligned with manufacturing needs.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to high voltage, welding, and semi-trailer repairs.
Experience
- Proven experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and reading electrical blueprints or schematics.
- Skilled in equipment repair involving welding ( welding if applicable), HVAC/R systems, PLC programming, and mechanical repairs.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices including low voltage wiring, high voltage safety procedures, and electrical blueprint reading.
- Ability to operate field service equipment such as scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at height.
- Strong analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced production setting.
- Excellent customer service mindset when collaborating with team members or supporting internal clients within the facility.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
