Provider position
We are a growing, patient-centered psychiatric practice dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and dynamic, and we are seeking a provider who values teamwork, clinical excellence, and compassionate care.
Position Type: Full-Time, 5 days a week
Compensation: $145,000 – $165,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: In person and telehealth appointments
Patient Load Expectation: 12–14 patients per day
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
- Provide ongoing medication management for a diverse patient population
- Be flexible and comfortable with in-person and telehealth visits
- Maintain an average caseload of 12–14 patients per day, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust medications and interventions as clinically indicated
- Collaborate with other members of the care team
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in the EMR system
- Ensure adherence to all clinical, legal, and ethical standards of care
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and collaborative care discussions
- Support practice growth through high-quality care, patient retention, and positive patient outcomes
- Stay current with best practices and emerging treatments in psychiatry
Education/Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license (or ability to obtain in Washington State)
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Comfort with both in-office and telehealth appointments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment
- Experience with Pediatrics is highly encouraged
