About the Job
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly organized individual to join our Corporate Administrative Support team.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and warehouse inventory, including ordering and restocking
- Provide administrative support to colleagues and departments
- Prepare daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) entries and handle expense coding
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and credit card statements
- Assist with the month-end closing process
- Support other administrative projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Word and Outlook
- Excellent phone and written communication skills and experience
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Currently enrolled in a BA or Accounting major is a plus
