Master Esthetics Instructor (Full-Time Days & Part-Time Evenings) – Taylor Andrews Academy Provo Campus
Taylor Andrews Academy is seeking passionate, knowledgeable, and energetic Master Esthetics Instructors to join our Provo campus team. We are currently hiring for two positions:
- Full-Time (40 Hours) Day Phase 1 (Freshman) Instructor
- Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Part-Time (20 Hours) Evening Phase 1 (Freshman) Instructor
- Monday–Friday | 4:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Instructors are responsible for creating an engaging learning environment, demonstrating industry-leading techniques, coaching students through both theory and hands-on services, and helping students develop the confidence and professionalism needed for successful careers.
A current Utah Master Esthetician License is required. An instructor license is preferred but not required—we will assist the right candidate in obtaining their instructor license if needed.
Responsibilities
- Teach and demonstrate professional esthetics techniques in both classroom and clinic settings.
- Instruct students in:
- Facials and advanced skincare
- Facial and body waxing
- Eyelash extensions
- Lash lifts and brow laminations
- Manicures and pedicures (including E-File)
- Professional sanitation, infection control, and safety standards
- Supervise students during hands-on services and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare and deliver engaging classroom instruction and practical demonstrations.
- Track student progress and support students in meeting educational objectives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional learning environment.
- Follow academy curriculum, policies, and protocols.
- Encourage professionalism, confidence, teamwork, and exceptional client care.
Qualifications
- Current Utah Master Esthetician License (required)
- Instructor License preferred, but not required
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow academy systems and protocols
- Comfortable performing and teaching:
- Facials
- Waxing
- Lash extensions
- Lash lifts
- Brow laminations
- Manicures and pedicures with E-File
Preferred Experience
Experience with the following professional brands and equipment is a plus:
- Circadia
- Borboleta
- Dermalogica
- Candela lasers
