Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Lotus Business Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients for an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. We are seeking a motivated sales professional who is passionate about helping customers find the right insurance solutions while building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Promote and sell auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Generate business through warm leads, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
- Provide excellent customer service, including policy updates and claims assistance.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and other sales tools.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
- Life & Health License preferred (or willingness to obtain in a timely manner).
- 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and working toward sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
