Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Houseman/Maintenance professional to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and building interior components.
- Conduct troubleshooting using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and repairs.
- Carry out maintenance painting, carpentry, welding, and other handyman tasks to uphold building aesthetics and safety standards.
- Maintain plumbing systems through inspection, repair of leaks, pipe replacements, and ensuring proper drainage.
- Support facilities operations by managing maintenance painting projects and performing general upkeep to enhance building appearance.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) across residential or commercial settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing system maintenance, HVAC system repair, and building interior upkeep.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams related to electrical equipment repair and HVAC systems.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical equipment repair, and facilities equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters.
- Basic understanding of residential painting techniques along with carpentry skills for minor repairs.
- Ability to lift wand bend without restraint as constaint trash and furniture removal is required
- Property oversight skillsets that includes attention to detail allowing the ability to work with limited dictation
- Ability to work in all types of weather ( We are mainly an outdoor property )
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and residents.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
