Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving, either paid or volunteer preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute care plans.
- Maturity and ability to handle the demands of the job.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Provide 3 verifiable references, 1 professional & 2 personal.
- Pass a 2-step TB test (PPD) at hire and 1-step annually thereafter.
