Summary
TITLE: Store Experience Leader
SALARIED OR HOURLY: Hourly
REPORTS TO: Store Manager
EXEMPT OR NON EXEMPT: Non Exempt
DEPARTMENT: Retail
JOB SUMMARY:
- A Store Experience Leader excels in their day to day operations and their role to oversee daily operations in their store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. As the Store Experience Leader, you will be responsible for fulfilling the needs of the store’s day to day operations, developing promotional & progressive training material, assisting & supporting the needs of the store associate team, and upholding the operational and organizational standards of the store. Additionally, you will perform duties critical to the success of the store such as monitoring inventory levels, resolving customer issues, and communicating with your Store Manager on high priority problems. The Store Experience Leader is not responsible for weekly reporting, inventory, or associate management but may be involved with the guidance of the store manager. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

- Assist with elevated associate issues & new systems training

- Able to perform all duties in a timely & safe manner
- Comfortable with working in multiple stores
- Ability to effectively relay training knowledge to others
- A delightful, friendly, and understanding attitude when helping guests

Responsibilities:
- Helps to foster a Team Environment by arriving to work on time and as scheduled
- Partner with management in resolving issues and reducing errors, following a quality cycle approach
- Understanding of garment care labels
- Understanding of general special requirement garment tags
- Capable of using POS systems and software programs
- Basic computer knowledge
- Learn & utilize new computer systems, including tablets and other hardware or software
- Clean and maintain store location weekly / or as needed.
- Resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and satisfactory manner
- Helps maintain a clean & healthy work environment
- Is familiar with the Mulberrys Employee Handbook and its contents
- Have an in-depth understanding of the Mulberry’s issue troubleshooting and claims process
- Openly collaborate on guest issues and resolution
QUALIFICATIONS: (education, work experience, and technical competencies)
- Must have good organizational and time management skills with a commitment to solution based decision making
- Respects and has knowledge of cultures, ethnicities, gender, sexual orientations and age groups other than one’s own, able to work effectively with all
- One year or more of related work experience
- One year or more of customer service experience
- Basic understanding of Google’s G-Suite & plugin software (ie. Asana, Drive, Calendar)
- Basic computer & POS experience
- Knowledge and understanding of safety practices and standards
