Position Overview
The Supervisor role is designed for individuals ready to take the next step into restaurant leadership. You’ll learn how to run daily operations, support the General Manager, and lead a team in a high‑volume fast‑casual environment.
This is a hands‑on training role where you’ll gain experience in team development, guest service, food safety, and financial performance. As you progress, you’ll take on increasing responsibility and prepare for promotion into an Assistant Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest service
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Learn and assist with P&L management and cost controls
- Track KPIs and help implement programs to meet company goals
- Coach and train team members to ensure strong performance
- Support local store marketing and community engagement
- Maintain food safety, quality, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience required
- Leadership experience (shift lead, trainer, supervisor) preferred
- QSR or fast‑casual experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people‑skills
- Interest in developing leadership and management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Willingness to relocate for future advancement is a plus
