Job Summary
Responsible for managing the full sales cycle for assigned and inbound sales opportunities by engaging prospective and existing customers through phone calls, email, video conferencing, and other approved communication methods. This role builds and maintains strong customer relationships while guiding opportunities from initial customer engagement through successful closing.
Essential Functions
- Manage the full sales cycle for assigned and inbound sales opportunities by engaging prospective and existing customers through phone calls, email, video conferencing, and other approved communication methods
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional Workwell products and services to new and existing customers
- Contact warm and cold prospects using established sales processes and outreach strategies
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations
- Provide timely follow up with leads from customer service team to build customer relationships and convert qualified prospects into customers
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and maintain expert level understanding of all company products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate the benefits and value of Workwell products and services
- Actively research marketplace to gain better understanding of competitors and what prospects and customers are interested in to help generate demand
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process while resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Prepare sales reports, and other business information as requested
- Actively participate in individual coaching sessions, sales meetings, product training, and ongoing professional development
- Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding established sales goals
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned

- Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and maintaining consistent sales activity
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Self-motivated, passionate, and driven to succeed
- Ability to learn and effectively communicate technical software solutions to prospective customers
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, sales strategies, and business needs.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be flexible, coachable, and a team player
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of successful sales experience
- Experience cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS

Additional Compensation
- This position is a non-exempt position paid hourly at $26.44 per hour + bonus potential based on goals
