We are looking for a reliable, upbeat, and team-oriented individual with a love for hospitality to join our team! You will be the friendly face greeting & serving guests, handling orders & payments, & ensuring a great experience at Legends!
Responsibilities
At Legends, we believe that every guest should feel like they've stepped into a place that feels like home. As part of our team, you'll help create that relaxing and welcoming atmosphere by:
- Welcoming every guest with a warm smile & friendly island spirit
- Taking orders in person and over the phone with care and attention to detail.
- Assembling and serving food and drinks with pride and accuracy.
- Working closely in communication with the team to ensure all orders are fulfilled smoothly and accurately.
- Checking in on guests throughout their meal to ensure they are enjoying their experience.
- Handling any guest concerns with kindness, patience, and a calm attitude to make things right and leave the guest feeling cared for.
- Keeping the front of house and the workspace clean, organized, and ready to welcome the next guest.
- Helping with prep, restocking, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the good vibes going.
