El Cedro Rojo Wood Gallery is a wood products distribution and installation company based in Hialeah, FL. We specialize in engineered hardwood flooring, exterior composite decking, and natural hardwood species for residential and commercial projects across South Florida.
The Role
We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the execution of our active construction and installation projects. You will work closely with our internal team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving on schedule and on budget.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple installation projects
- Communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Track project schedules, material deliveries, and site progress
- Assist with quantity takeoffs, purchase orders, and vendor follow-ups
- Prepare status reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish required
- 1–3 years of experience in construction coordination or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of wood flooring, decking, or finish materials is a plus
