Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Commercial New Construction Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems on commercial construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Duties
- Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems in commercial new construction projects, including piping, fixtures, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
- Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications
- Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate work seamlessly
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor required for pipe installation, remodeling, or maintenance tasks
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
Requirements
- Valid commercial plumbing license with a focus on new construction projects
- Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial settings; site experience is essential
- Strong mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, HVAC integration, and pipe threading techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately; basic math skills are necessary for measurements and calculations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction site safety protocols
- Experience with carpentry, remodeling, maintenance work, and handyman tasks is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday
- Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for transportation between job sites

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
