American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN Circulator with a WV or compact license and at least 2 years of recent Operating Room experience across multiple surgical specialties.

Operating Room unit within a hospital setting
-
Circulator role covering Orthopedics, Vascular, GYN, Robotics, ENT, and General surgery cases
-
Day shift schedule (4x10 hours, 7:15 AM - 5:45 PM)

On-call required every 4th weekend plus two nights per week
-
Float required within scope of practice
-
Rotating schedule of 84 hours per two weeks (one week 3x12, next week 4x12)

Meditech charting system preferred
-
Active WV or Compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required

Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required

Avade certification preferred
-
Experience with Vascular, GYN, Orthopedic, General, Robotics (Da Vinci Xi), and ENT surgical procedures required

Teaching hospital, community hospital, and Trauma Level I/II experience preferred

Prior travel nursing experience required

Valid driver's license matching permanent address required for consideration

Two professional references required, including one Charge or higher and one Supervisor, both completed within the last year

Serve as OR Circulator supporting a wide range of surgical specialties and procedures

Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered; local candidates are not accepted

Must be willing to work either a major or minor holiday during the assignment

Up to 7 days of RTO will be considered and must be submitted upfront with no changes accepted

Travelers returning after a prior assignment must have taken a minimum 6-month break from the facility system

Traveler pairs are accepted on a limited basis and will not be scheduled on the same shift or unit

Orientation is held bi-weekly
