Job Summary
We are looking for a RV Specialist/back-up salesperson to join our Airstream team and help us reach our sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing product advice and support, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the delivery process.
Duties
- Coordinate and execute RV deliveries with service and customers on sold units
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery details and address any questions or concerns
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including documentation and customer signatures
- Complete training courses
- Communicate with the customer how to use the RV in its entirety
- Provide excellent customer service by building positive relationships during each delivery interaction
Experience
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Experience in retail or automobile sales, particularly passenger car sales or dealership environments, is advantageous
- Customer service in retail, one-year preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; knowledge of automotive financing options is beneficial

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
