We are looking for experienced, top-level Automotive Sales Professionals to join our dealership!
We are seeking someone with a background in car sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership! Our top earners have made upwards of $200K/year and our average sales consultants make upwards of $100K/year.

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications
- Car sales experience is required
- Must have a proven track-record of exceeding sales goals
- Must have customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- Strong phone skills and computer skills
