- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software such as Salesforce or other sales management systems.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through excellent customer service, follow-up, and account management strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness.
- Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize sales efforts in your designated region.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or related industries.
- Strong management skills with a focus on business development and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales management systems, and technology sales tools.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closing in a remote or inside sales environment.
- Ability to generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking; adept at lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with the ability to upsell and conduct product demos confidently.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
