Duties
- Safely move and park vehicles in designated parking areas, ensuring proper placement and security.
- Assist with the arrival and departure of customer vehicles, including standard passenger cars and delivery trucks, maintaining a smooth flow of traffic.
- Conduct detailed quality control inspections on vehicles to identify any cosmetic or mechanical issues, documenting findings accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks when necessary to handle vehicle parts or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support outdoor work activities such as yard organization, vehicle cleaning, and ensuring the cleanliness of the service area.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to coordinate vehicle movements, answer questions, and provide exceptional guest services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong guest services and customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Familiarity with standard passenger car operation and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; experience as a delivery driver is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with customers and team members.
- Experience working in outdoor environments or parking lot management is beneficial.
