**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. If you have a passion for cleaning and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Perform industrial cleaning and porter duties as needed. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including floors, bathrooms, and common areas. - Conduct commercial cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping. - Use floor care equipment to clean and maintain floors. - Clean and disinfect surfaces, including walls, windows, and mirrors. - Perform custodial duties, including cleaning and restocking restrooms, break rooms, and other areas. - Perform facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and maintenance of equipment and furniture. - Maintain a safe and secure environment by reporting any hazardous conditions or incidents to management. - Assist in other areas of the facility as needed, including painting and decorating. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a janitorial or custodial role is required. - Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods. - Familiarity with industrial cleaning products and equipment. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks to a high standard.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
