The Senior Paralegal and Legal Operations Coordinator will assist the attorney by providing drafting, research support and clerical services, including document preparation and review and other assigned projects, while also coordinating the operations of the legal department.
- Works with the General Counsel on assigned projects, including drafting HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, corporate resolutions, routine amendments to provider employment agreements, contracts, leases, compliance matters, risk matters, litigation, notices of termination for vendor contracts.

Provides overview of the key legal terms in vendor contracts and hospital contracts.
- Updates and maintains electronic contracting database.
- Attends required meetings and participates in team activities and professional development activities.

Coordinates the operations of the Legal Department, including establishing and operationalizing a legal filing system, developing project and task tracking, managing legal inboxes, managing calendaring.

Demonstrates and embodies the Women’s Care mission and core values.

Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal studies or related field preferred.

Paralegal certificate preferred.

Previous experience working within a legal department of a healthcare company is preferred.

Previous experience working in a private law firm is preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in legal operations and/or paralegal services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
