Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage the flow of guests by providing accurate wait times and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take togo orders with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
