Duties
- Set up banquet areas with precision, ensuring all tables are properly arranged and set with necessary settings.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, paying close attention to guest needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, including bussing tables and resetting for upcoming events.
- Engage with guests to foster positive relations, addressing questions or special requests with professionalism.
- Follow food safety protocols during food handling, preparation, and service to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Assist in catering operations by supporting food presentation, setup, and breakdown at various event locations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred.
- Strong guest services skills with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in banquet service, fine dining, or catering environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge of basic wine service and beverage offerings,
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
