Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants of Nevada is the largest Ear, Nose & Throat specialty group in Las Vegas. Currently, with eight physicians, two physician extenders, and two full-time audiology professionals, ENTC is continuing to grow to serve the needs of the Las Vegas Valley in its three locations in St Rose, SW, and NW Las Vegas.
Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants of Nevada is seeking a full-time Practice Administrator. This position will be responsible for overseeing all the administrative and business operations within our multi-location practice. This includes, but not limited to, oversight of all personnel, front desk & Clinical operations, revenue cycle management, patient communications & engagement, and overall lead the growth initiative of the practice.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Creates & delivers forward thinking, strategic vision that aligns with ENTC's strategic initiative
- Plan, Develop & Organize direct day to day functions of the clinic, including scheduled for providers, clinical staff and administrative
- Oversee front desk, clinical operations, RCM, including implementation of AI systems for process improvement.
- Oversee the clinical and operational needs of the providers.
- Develop a centralized clinic operation with a focus on scalability.
- Plan & operate within approved budgets.
- Develop and implement Human Resources policies & procedures.
- Monitor team member's performance, develop performance metrics, conduct reviews, and coach staff on becoming leaders within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee high volume clinic operations with quality outcomes
- Stay abreast of HIPPA, healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance with staff & facilities.
- Knowledge and experience in medical contract negotiation and review is highly recommended.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or Healthcare Administration required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of relative experience in practice management.
- Experience managing operations in multi-location healthcare practice.
- Experience managing the HR function to foster a positive culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members.
- Strong strategic thinking, collaboration, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized and ability to multi-task in a fast past environment.
- Proven track record of operational leadership in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge and experience in medical contracts review and negotiations is highly desirable.
