We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, generate new business, and help drive our continued growth. If you’re a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for closing sales, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Meet with company-generated leads to provide estimates and close sales.
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and referral partners.
- Conduct property evaluations and recommend the best solutions for each customer.
- Prepare accurate proposals and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain detailed customer records and sales activities using the company’s CRM.
- Stay organized and manage your daily schedule efficiently.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred (home improvement or construction sales is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable learning and using company technology and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
