Manage the daily operations of the condominium community to ensure a safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for residents.

Serve as the primary point of contact between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and company leadership.

Attend Board, annual, and committee meetings as required; prepare management reports, agendas, and meeting materials.

Coordinate and oversee vendor services, manage contracts, and ensure all work meets community standards.

Solicit and evaluate vendor proposals, assist with competitive bidding, and review vendor invoices for accuracy and timeliness.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or safety issues and coordinate necessary repairs or improvements.

Ensure compliance with governing documents, company policies, and applicable regulations.

Respond promptly and professionally to homeowner inquiries and concerns, fostering positive relationships within the community.

Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve operational and financial goals for the property.

Maintain organized community records and documentation.

Previous experience in condominium or homeowners association (HOA) property management is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, Board Members, and vendors.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and invoice processing.

Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating bid proposals and overseeing maintenance or capital improvement projects.

Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with high attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with property management software is a plus.

Familiarity with Florida condominium and homeowners association regulations is preferred.
Salary: $74,000 per year Monday - Friday
