Position Overview:
We are seeking an Electronics Test Technician to support the testing, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced avionics and electronic systems. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electronics fundamentals and hands-on experience using test equipment in aerospace, defense, military, or manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies and systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, power supplies, and signal generators.
- Diagnose component-level faults and perform electronic repairs.
- Document test results and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of electronics testing/troubleshooting experience (3+ years accepted in lieu of degree).
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, Ohm’s Law, RF systems, and communication equipment.
- Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, function generators, and related test equipment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Preferred:
- Military electronics training or technical school background.
- Experience with LabVIEW, CPLD, J-Link, ICD programming tools, and RF troubleshooting.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
