About the Role
We’re looking for a Cabinet Production & Installation Specialist who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in detailed work, and can contribute both in the shop (production) and in the field (installation). You’ll help build and install high-quality custom storage solutions that bring our clients’ visions to life.
What You’ll Do
In the Shop (Production)
- Build custom cabinets and components according to design specifications
- Operate woodworking equipment such as CNC machines, edgebanders, and table saws
- Work with the crew leader to ensure plans are interpreted accurately and efficiently
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
In the Field (Installation)
- Install custom cabinets on-site according to plans and measurements
- Measure, cut, and adjust materials to achieve a precise, clean fit
- Operate tools including table saws, nailers, drills, and levels
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional presence in customers’ homes and businesses
Key Expertise / Skills
- Cabinet fabrication from plans – Building custom cabinets to exact design specifications.
- On-site cabinet installation – Installing closets, wall beds, garage and office systems with precise fit and finish.
- Woodworking machinery operation – Safely using CNC machines, edgebanders, and table saws.
- Hand & power tool proficiency – Confident with drills, nailers, sanders, levels, and measuring tools.
- Reading and interpreting drawings – Understanding shop drawings and installation plans in detail.
- Measurement & layout accuracy – Precise measuring, cutting, and layout in both shop and field.
- Jobsite and shop safety – Following safety protocols, PPE use, and safe equipment handling.
- Physical stamina & material handling – Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy cabinet components.
- Team collaboration with crew leaders – Communicating clearly and working smoothly with shop and install crews.
- Reliability & professionalism – Consistent attendance, punctuality, clean appearance, and respectful customer interaction.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Woodworking Machinery (CNC, table saw, edgebander) operation: 2 years (Preferred)
