Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to assess patient needs and provide effective pain management solutions. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to create a relaxing and therapeutic environment for clients.
Duties
- Perform various types of massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to address client needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans based on individual conditions.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their experience.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques in massage therapy and occupational health practices.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Experience in pain management techniques and patient assessment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $100.00 - $400.00 per day
