Develop the Next Generation of Advisors.
At The Phoenix Insurance, we're an independent property and casualty insurance advisory firm built on trust. We help individuals, families, and businesses protect what they've worked hard to build. Many people know us for our expertise in collector vehicles and high value personal insurance, but our work goes far beyond those specialties. Clients rely on us because we understand risk, communicate clearly, and give advice they can trust.
We're looking for a leader who already has a system for developing people. You know how to build accountability, teach new skills, and help individuals grow into professionals who take pride in their work. If you want an organization that values leadership, trusts your judgment, and gives you room to build something that lasts, we'd like to talk.
What You'll Do
● Lead the daily operation of the Client Success Team, the group that answers phones, services policies, and solves client problems every day
● Build a consistent rhythm of coaching, training, performance management, and professional development for every team member
● Set the standard for punctuality, communication, organization, and ownership that shapes how someone's career at Phoenix begins
● Identify employees who are ready to grow and work with the Sales Manager to prepare them for advancement into sales
● Partner with ownership, the Sales Manager, the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and the Compliance and HR Manager so every new hire gets the training and support they need
● Have an active voice in recruiting, employee development, technology, and the systems that support long term growth
Who We're Looking For
● A leader with a proven record of developing people, not just managing tasks
● Someone who creates accountability, sets high standards, and helps others grow into confident professionals
● A candidate who communicates directly, coaches performance well, and holds people to a standard while helping them meet it
● Someone who believes developing great people is one of the most meaningful ways to build a great company
Qualifications
● Experience leading and developing a team, ideally in a service, operations, or client facing environment
● Property and casualty insurance experience is a plus. It shortens the learning curve, but we'd rather teach insurance to an outstanding leader than teach leadership to an insurance expert
● Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to give direct, constructive feedback
● Comfortable holding people accountable while building trust and confidence on the team
