JOB
Position is responsible for the weekend cleaning of parks and pavilions. To include litter picking, garbage collection, bathroom and pavilion cleaning.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSSafely operates equipment such as trucks, blowers, utility carts, push mowers, string trimmers, etc.Lifts objects above shoulder height up to 50 pounds.Performs facility maintenance such as cleaning, sanitizing, sweeping, scraping, painting and sanding.Performs vandalism removal on buildings, play equipment, and other areas.Performs grounds maintenance such as trash and litter pickup. Replace trash and recycling can liners. Planting/flower bed maintenance, weeding etc. Performs playground surface replacement and upkeep.OTHER JOB FUNCTIONSAssists full-time staff with various projects.
