USNR, a leading manufacturer of sawmill equipment with divisions located throughout the U.S. and Canada. USNR is seeking a highly motivated individual to become our next Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Woodland, WA.
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
- Process and route invoices in accordance with established workflows and payment due date schedules
- Reconcile vendor statements; research and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Process high-volume AP invoices, ensuring accurate coding to the correct company
- Processing weekly check runs
- Set up vendors and maintaining W-9’s for annual 1099 processing
- Communicate professionally with vendors
- Communicate effectively with Purchasing and other departments to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies
Education/Experience:
- 1 year of Accounting experience required, 3 years preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel required
- Solid understanding of Debits and Credits required
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Collaborative team player
Compensation: $24-26/hour DOE
