Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across construction sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies aligned with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and other applicable regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Lead risk management efforts by assessing potential safety risks and implementing mitigation strategies across multiple construction sites.
- Coordinate safety training sessions for workers, supervisors, and subcontractors to promote awareness of occupational health best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near-misses, and inspections using construction management software for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Oversee compliance management activities related to NEC (National Electrical Code), workers' compensation claims, and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to integrate EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) considerations into project planning and execution phases.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, risk management principles, and occupational health standards.
- Extensive experience in construction site safety management, including hazard identification and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency with construction management software and safety tracking tools.
- Excellent understanding of construction management practices, construction processes, and site operations.
- Ability to interpret technical codes such as NEC and ensure compliance across diverse project scopes.
- Skilled in compliance management related to workers' compensation claims, OSHA audits, and legal requirements.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
