Job Summary
Windsor Realty is looking for an experienced Leasing Specialist to work at one of our West side of Cleveland leasing offices. Candidate must be experienced in apartment rentals. This is a full time position and salary will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone & emails regarding the property and availability of suites
- Shows suites to perspective residents and follows up on the sale of them
Qualifications
- Previous experience in apartment leasing is required (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills are essential

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
