Position – Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: VMP Healthcare and Community Living – West Allis, WI (on-site position)
Status: Full-Time and Part-time
Hours:
1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm
2nd shift: 2pm - 10:30pm
3rd shift: 10pm - 6:30am

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents' conditions and document changes accurately.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Respond to resident emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Every other weekend & holiday rotation required.

Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wisconsin
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- CPR/BLS Certification required
- Long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
