Job Overview
This Estimator role is situated within our Heavy Civil Division, which provides turn-key management for all construction phases – serving our external clients and internal operating divisions (Plant, Pipe, Trenchless).
This high-visibility leadership position will own the full pre-construction lifecycle for complex, multi-million-dollar hard bids and be responsible for the entire project trajectory: from initial takeoffs and top-to-bottom cost breakdowns to the final delivery of strategic bid presentations for Executive Leadership.

Technical Requirements
- Proven ability to manage the full pre-construction lifecycle from inception to final submission.
- Advanced proficiency and mastery of AGTEK, Bluebeam, and Excel.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze civil, pipe, and structural drawings, plans, and specifications across all associated scopes.
- Demonstrated success in evaluating and negotiating competitive proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
- Deep understanding of market volatility and regional pricing trends across the Southeast.
Qualifications
- Direct experience estimating heavy civil scopes, specifically: deep excavation, underground infrastructure, shoring, heavy utility, storm drainage structure, and grading/demolition.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager (or a deep technical understanding of PM challenges) is highly valued
- Must be able to work full-time in-office at our Smyrna, GA headquarters.
- Authorized to work in the US and the ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
