Job Summary
The Jewelry Retail Salesperson is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment specializing in high-end gemstones, fashion jewelry, and a wide variety of jewelry products. This role involves working both independently and as part of a small or large sales team, frequently traveling for events and utilizing a combination of proprietary and standard retail sales systems to manage transactions and inventory.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using POS and proprietary sales software
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Manage inventory and perform manual sales tracking as needed
- Create appealing visual merchandising displays to enhance product presentation
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash and payment processing securely
- Upsell and promote products to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer service and sales techniques
- Strong knowledge of jewelry products and industry
- Experience with point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management
- Skills in visual merchandising and store presentation

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
