commercial linen rental, manufacturing, and laundry business in Burbank, is hiring someone to run our front-end customer operations: speaking with clients, taking orders, handling emails, and processing shipments.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate with clients by phone and email (event companies, party rental vendors, wedding clients)
- Take and enter orders accurately
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate and process shipping for orders
- Track orders and follow up on deliveries
- Help manage our online sales channels (Shopify, Etsy)
- Assist in the warehouse as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
