Seeking an RN Home Health Nurse in the Cornelius / Mooresville area to:
Assess the needs to client (s) & provide direct and indirect care to clients in the comfort of their home environment when warranted based the client’s Needs.
Requirements for the job are as follow:
- Provides nursing care/treatment to clients per Physician’s Written Orders and Plan of Care
- Administers and monitors medication and management as prescribed by physician
- Conducts nursing assessment visit as needed
- Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards
- Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting:
- Current Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
- More than One- year of nursing experience
- Must be CPR certification
Pay: $22.65 - $27.28 per hour
