This is not a passive desk job. We are looking for someone who can take charge, hold team members accountable, and ensure that all store managers, area managers, and office personnel complete their responsibilities on time.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable following up aggressively, enforcing deadlines, and ensuring that all reports, checklists, and operational tasks are completed accurately and submitted daily.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee daily office operations.
* Follow up with Store Managers, Area Managers, and Office Staff regarding required reports and checklists.
* Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports are completed accurately and on time.
* Compile, review, and organize reports for submission to the CEO and CFO.
* Track compliance deadlines, inventory reports, sales reports, maintenance reports, and operational checklists.
* Maintain communication with all company locations.
* Conduct daily follow-up calls and accountability checks.
* Monitor employee performance and escalate issues when necessary.
* Assist leadership with administrative and operational projects.
* Maintain organized digital and physical records.
* Coordinate between stores, corporate office, vendors, and management teams.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Comfortable holding employees accountable and following up consistently.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
* Previous management, office administration, retail operations, hospitality, or multi-unit business experience preferred.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
