Earthcore is seeking a motivated, reliable Laborer to join our growing specialty construction drilling team. This position is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who isn’t afraid of tough work and wants a long-term career with real advancement opportunities. We daily do trackhoe and skidsteer operating that assists the drilling operations. We specialize in geotechnical drilling, foundation drilling, well drilling, and limited-access drilling, and we are looking for someone eager to learn these unique trades. As a Laborer at Earthcore, you will assist drillers with daily field operations, including handling tooling, mixing grout, setting casings, performing site cleanup, and supporting safe, efficient drilling activities. You will work closely with experienced drillers who will train you on industry practices, equipment, and safety procedures. This role is physical, requires lifting, bending, working outdoors in all conditions, and maintaining a strong work ethic.
Work hours typically begin between 5:00–6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with consistent opportunities for overtime, allowing you to earn significant weekly income. Earthcore offers health insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off after 90 days. We also offer quarterly raises/bonuses depending on performance.
