Role Summary:
Serves as the senior technical authority responsible for real-time execution and oversight of all live production operations during virtual and hybrid events. Directs technical workflows, coordinates production personnel, and maintains operational control of all core production functions to ensure uninterrupted event delivery.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Direct live event production operations, including switching, audio/video coordination, encoding, and streaming activities.
- Maintain real-time oversight of production systems and personnel during live broadcasts.
- Coordinate execution of production workflows between on-site and virtual environments.
- Manage technical risk mitigation, redundancy, and failover procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting event continuity.
- Ensure production systems meet performance, security, and accessibility requirements.
- Coordinate with project management staff, venue personnel, and government stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting live broadcast, virtual event, or hybrid production environments.

Pay: $57.00 - $68.00 per hour
