Key Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor

Take orders and assist guests at the front counter

Create emotional connections through enthusiastic communication

Maintain eye contact and build rapport with guests

Multitask efficiently while delivering high-quality service

Work collaboratively with your team and adapt to changing needs

Follow Chick-fil-A’s standards, policies, and dress code

Perform other duties as needed to ensure an exceptional dining experience
Qualifications & Requirements

Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for serving others

Strong customer service and communication skills

Reliable, punctual, and consistent

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Works well both independently and as part of a team

Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
