ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare service and production part orders based on customer requests.

Receive customer calls and record issues into the database and initiate corrective action plans.

Input sales information into various systems.

Having the ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Having the ability to deal with upset and demanding customers or field crews.

Work directly with Engineering to determine errors and resolve field issues.
-
Receive calls from building installers regarding job site part components or building drawings.
- Work directly with Regional Sales Managers and customers to get customer service issues properly defined and resolved.
- Respond to customer information requests collaborating with other departments for appropriate responses.

Answer incoming phone calls and routing the caller to the appropriate person or department.

Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Functional knowledge of building plans a plus.
- Must be computer proficient and able to multi-task.
- Should be organized and able to communicate professionally.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
HS diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred

2+ year of customer service in related industry

Experience in construction industry
