The ideal candidate will want to be part of a collaborative team and be comfortable driving cases forward while working closely with our attorneys in all aspects of litigation. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, filing pleadings, summarizing depositions and other discovery materials, and assisting with trial preparation. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Organize and maintain case files.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials, and other court proceedings.
- Prepare discovery requests and responses.
- Interview witnesses and clients to obtain information.
- Conduct investigations into facts of cases.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal Certification required; National certification, such as those offered by NALA or AACP, is a plus
- 5+ years previous experience as a Paralegal preferred
- Practice management and billing software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Salary is based on experience.

Base Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
