We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Delray Beach area. If you are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Active RBT certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an RBT
- Medicaid provider status preferred
- Must reside in or near West Palm Beach, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Accurately collect and record data during sessions
- Maintain professionalism and clear communication with families and team members
