We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Part-Time Teachers Assistants for the Fall semester to join our dynamic educational team. MUST HAVE DAYCARE EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating engaging, inclusive, and effective learning environments for students across various age groups. Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers with lesson implementation, classroom activities, and student engagement strategies
- Support students with diverse learning styles and needs, including those requiring special education accommodations
- Help maintain a well-organized classroom environment that promotes safety, respect, and active participation
- Use learning technology tools to enhance instructional delivery and student understanding
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring to reinforce concepts in English language arts, math, or other core subjects
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and addressing minor behavioral issues
- Collaborate with teachers to develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student needs
Skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning techniques
- Familiarity with online instruction platforms and learning technology tools
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Experience teaching English language arts, math, or early childhood education preferred
- Classroom management skills combined with patience and flexibility for working with diverse student populations
