Position Summary
Fortis Equine is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Relationship & Warehouse Manager to oversee customer order management, warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping coordination, and accounts receivable activities. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, warehouse personnel, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Receive and process customer orders through all sales channels, including Shopify/Odoo, email, phone, SPS Commerce, and other platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, shipping, and account status.
- Provide order confirmations, tracking information, and updates on backorders, fulfillment timelines, and new product arrivals.
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order changes, shipping requirements, and delivery schedules.
Order Processing & Administration
- Manage and direct incoming communications from company order email inboxes.
- Create invoices and packing slips for approved shipments.
- Monitor and manage backorders and customer order status reports.
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding collections and overdue accounts.
- Manage office supply purchasing and administrative support functions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Equine enthusiast.
- Previous experience in customer service, order management and warehouse operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management and shipping systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Odoo, SPS Commerce, UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
